FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing a component from a composite material contains the stage of an arbour preparation. After that, a covering, maximally enveloping the arbour shape, is made around the arbour by braiding fibres. An overlay from fibres is locally placed on the braided covering. Each overlay is made in such a way that it possesses the sufficient ability of deformation in order to fit the braided covering or overlay, on which it is laid in a tight way. In case of necessity both previous stages are repeated until the workpiece is obtained. Braiding of the external braded covering, which covers the entire complex, is carried out. After that, resin is added and its polymerisation is performed.
EFFECT: simplification of the creation of local thickenings on the component and an increased strength and quality of the manufactured component.
