FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of lever from composite, particularly, to lever that makes the aircraft undercarriage rocking beam. Lever comprises main body including thrust bearing for axle to extend there through in crosswise direction. In compliance with this method, sleeve is made by winding reinforcing fibres around, mainly, the tubular structure. At least one coupling is produced. Sleeve is secured to coupling end and across it. One or several layers of woven reinforcing fibres are laid around the mandrel with the help of appropriate machine. Resin is injected into said layers and polymerised.
EFFECT: higher mechanical strength.
