SUBSTANCE: invention relates to moulding of plastic articles: mould (2) comprises main cavity (42) and at least one extra cavity (46). Note here that at least one extra cavity (46) is connected with main cavity (42) by channel (47). Main cavity (42) is filled with plastic melt so that joint line (40) is formed in said main cavity (42) nearby channel (47) between at least one said extra cavity (46) and main cavity (42). Connection channel (47) features cross-section sized to prevent plastic melt leak in extra cavity (46) at filling of main cavity (42). Filling pressure increases unless plastic melt leaks into extra cavity (46). Melt leaks through said joint line (40) at filling the main cavity (42). Then, mould (2) opens to allow removal of moulded article therefrom. Calves and accessories are used in device operated under pressure and comprises clamp ring made as describe in this invention.
EFFECT: better mechanical properties.
