FIELD: casting.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to injection moulding of plastic parts. Hot runner nozzle for side injection of plastic components comprises nozzle body 2 and pressure cover 3, wherein between the nozzle body and the pressure cover, there are tip elements 7, each of which is inserted into the nozzle body recess and through each of which a movable closing needle passes, having tip 15, which in at least one working position protrudes above the outer circumferential edge of the nozzle body. Closing needles have at the ends facing away from tip 15 a connecting means connected to the driving means for moving the closing needles. At that, tip elements 7 are also supported on their side facing away from corresponding tip 15 of the closing needles, on support element 20 inserted between nozzle body 2 and pressure cover and made removable. Also disclosed is a method of removing one or more elements of the tip of the hot-runner nozzle.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables removal and installation of tip elements while improving connection of closing and driving means.
