FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sugar industry. The sugar-containing product manufacture method envisages introduction of a liquid vegetal CO2-extract or a mixture of liquid vegetal CO2-extracts in an amount of 0.01-2.0 weight parts per 100 weight parts of sugar into a crystal sugar mass. The produced wetted mass is stirred and maintained at a temperature of no more than 18-40°C without heating in an airtight container during no less than 3 days. Preferably, one additionally introduces a sweetening substance into the crystal sugar mass before sugar mixing with the liquid vegetal CO2-extract. It is also possible to dilute the liquid vegetal CO2-extract before introduction into the crystal sugar mass with a substance dissolving oils present in the liquid vegetal CO2-extract. According to one of the preferable versions, the liquid vegetal CO2-extract is diluted with refined vegetable oil at the ratio of 20-70 weight parts of the liquid vegetal CO2-extract per 80-30 weight parts of oil.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce an enriched sugar-containing product saturated with liquid vegetal CO2-extracts.
