FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: this mechanism comprises the case with cargo slings, driven winch to handle said sling equipped with cargo fastener-slinger and cargo radio remote control device. Two independent synchronous motors are spaced apart in circle equally through 180 degrees. Sais motors transmit torque via gearing to round rotary platform with outer gear built in circle upper part. Four dampers are spaced apart in edges of said rotary platform through 90 degrees. Damper top part is equipped with rotary wheel fitted in the groove at the case inner part circle. This mechanism has electrically driven winch fitted at the centre of rotary platform equipped with motor with two output shafts and two drums with cargo electrical cables. Said electrical cables feed current to two worm-type drives of grab bucket jaws. Grab bucket body accommodates video camera with remote control signal transmission. Solar power converters are arranged at said body for electric power supply.
EFFECT: efficient and accurate guidance, stabilised suspension.
