FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: this system comprises shell with balloon slings and remote-control winch. Said winch has drive to control cargo sling with cargo fastening and lifting appliance. Sid shell accommodates the electrically driven winches. Winches with motors are arranged at rotary platform to run in sliding bearings and to be driven by extra motor. Platform edges have four dampers arrange through 90 degrees. Aforesaid cargo fastening and lifting appliance is composed of grab bucket. Cargo slings, apart from handling functions, geed current to grab bucket worm electrical drives to operate the jaws. Grab bucket body accommodates video camera with remote control signal transmission. Solar power converters are arranged at said body for electric power supply.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, accuracy and stabilisation in handling jobs.
