SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building. Locking system comprises pipes of dehydration, filling, ventilation, compressed air control, draining, instrumentation, locking compressed air, air feed unit and independent compressed air system. Locking control system comprises escape hatch filling and dehydration indicators connected via control unit with filling and dehydration valves and control unit to receive signals from indicator to generate valve control signals in compliance with preset algorithm and to control execution of said algorithm, and to allow submarine escape.
EFFECT: better operation, short-term locking.
