FIELD: life-saving.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rescue of the crew of an emergency submarine. In order to verify the operability of the rescue hatch of a submarine, the locking system of the rescue hatch is verified by means of ventilation using an air supply unit, filling with water and increasing the pressure in shaft of the escape hatch until alignment thereof with the outboard one. An air hose and a latch hook, included in the rescue equipment of a member of the submarine crew, provided on the submarine, are used.
EFFECT: safety of exit of the submarine crew through the rescue hatch from the emergency submarine lying on the ground is achieved without additionally equipping the submarine with a special model.
