FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: output device includes assembly (2) of a base with a drive mechanism for output of liquid and replaceable element (1) inserted in base (2) in an inverted position. Its outlet hole is located at the most bottom for supply of liquid to base assembly (2). Replaceable element (1) includes annular wall (30) projecting into replaceable element (1) and forming an outlet hole of replaceable element (1). Annular wall (30) can be closed on its most internal end with element (33) of the valve, which is offset onto annular wall (30). Base assembly (2) includes hollow bushing (11) and ring seal (14) enveloping the upper part of bushing (11) and located from it at some distance, due to which introduction of replaceable element (1) into base assembly (2) causes introduction of bushing (11) into annular wall (30) and lifting of element (33) of the valve from annular wall (30) so that a flow pass can be formed out of replaceable element (1) through at least one cut-out formed in the upper part of bushing (11) and/or the lower part of element (33) of the valve and down along hollow bushing (11), and ring seal (14) for sealing between bushing (11) and annular wall (30), Fig. 2.
