SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to a ventilation device for windows with an air cleaning function. It includes the following: a heat exchange unit installed on a window and door frame with a possibility of performing heat exchange between ambient air and air of closed rooms and an air cleaning part; the heat exchange unit includes the following: a receiving box; a fan for air of closed rooms; a fan for ambient air and a heat exchange device located in a central section of the box to perform heat exchange between air of closed rooms and ambient air; an inlet pass for ambient air is made on one side of the box; an outlet pass for air of closed rooms is made on the other side of the box, and an outlet pass for ambient air for taking out ambient air is made on one end of the box; a gate turning in one or another direction by means of a motor so that an inlet pass for ambient air and an outlet pass for ambient air can be opened and closed is made on the inner side of the inlet pass for ambient air and the outlet pass for ambient air; in addition, the ventilation device includes a filter for air of closed rooms, which is located in the box for cleaning of air of closed rooms before air of closed rooms passes through the heat exchange device.

EFFECT: invention allows performing heat exchange between plenum and exhaust air, as well as cleaning air of closed rooms, thus excluding possible contamination of a heat exchanger.
