SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to a ventilation device of a hybrid type for windows. It includes the following: a heat exchange unit installed on a window frame; and a part for hybrid ventilation, which is provided in the heat exchange unit to implement a natural ventilation mode and an enthalpy heat exchange mode; with that, it includes the following: a bypass channel; a damper that opens and closes the bypass channel or the heat exchange unit; an actuating device and a control unit; the heat exchange unit includes the following: a receiving box; an air fan for closed rooms; an ambient air fan; and a heat exchange device located in a central section of the box; an inlet channel for ambient air is provided on one side of the box; an outlet channel for air of closed rooms is provided on the other side of the box and an ambient air outlet channel for outlet of ambient air is provided on one end of the box to be perpendicular to the outlet channel for air of closed rooms; additionally, the device includes an air filter of closed rooms, which is provided in the box for cleaning of air of closed rooms before air of closed rooms passes through the heat exchange device.

EFFECT: invention allows creating a ventilation device of a hybrid type for windows, which can operate selectively in one of the modes: a natural ventilation mode and an enthalpy heat exchange mode.
