SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to a heat exchange device of a ventilation device for windows. A heat exchange module includes the following: a case that is retained with a window frame; an ambient air fan; a fan for air of closed rooms; a heat exchange device, in which there is a variety of heat exchange plates; a heat exchange plate has a central section from material performing enthalpy heat exchange and an external frame with a possibility of placing the central section from material that performs heat exchange of dry heat; the heat exchange device includes the first and the second heat exchange devices; additionally, the module includes an ambient air filter; additionally, the case includes a guide sash so that ambient air and air of closed rooms can be guided; the guide sash is located at least in one of places between the ambient air filter and the first heat exchange device and the place between the first heat exchange device and the second heat exchange device.

EFFECT: creation of a heat exchange device used in a heat exchange module of a ventilation device for windows, which can perform heat exchange between the air taken out of space of closed rooms to outside space and the air taken from outside space to space of closed rooms.
