SUBSTANCE: invention refers to exercise machines used at therapeutic and athletic trainings, for developing stability, balance and motor coordination, for creating an integrated combined developing dynamic and static load on the spinal column and joints, on the lumbar, torso, upper and lower extremities tendons and muscles. The exercise machine comprises an axle presented in the form of a rolled tube, which is at the same time a receiving place for fasteners, and two disks made of a strong material. An easy and quiet disk sliding rotation and an additional alignment that enables avoiding side loads on the axle are provided by the fact that inner surfaces of the disks are provided with at least one concentric groove on one disk, and with at least one concentric projection on the second disk.

EFFECT: achieved technical result consists in developing the multifunctional quiet and compact exercise machine that is ready for use at any time and in any place.
