FIELD: physical culture and therapeutic physical culture.
SUBSTANCE: exercise machine is proposed for training, treatment and prevention of diseases of the musculoskeletal system. The exercise machine consists of two platforms mounted on supports, where a dynamometer is installed inside each of the platforms, to the power link of which a removable sling with a handle is attached, coming out of the platform opening. At the same time, the dynamometer comprises a dynamometer indicator, on each of the platforms there is a flat surface for the leg, and one or both removable slings with a handle are connected to the power link through the block.
EFFECT: expansion of the number of exercises with simultaneous control of their efforts.
