FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: package comprises a tray forming a plane of the tray, and the open individual cells extending from the plane of the tray and comprising one product each. The side walls of each cell comprise substantially the vertical side wall and the opposing curvilinear side wall which is connected to the vertical side wall on the curvilinear continuous part of the cell wall directed at an angle for the angular orientation of the product inside the repository of the cell. In each cell the non-spherical product is placed so that the angle of the second largest size of the product relative to the plane of the tray is greater than 0 degrees and less than 90 degrees, the depth of each repository of the cell is less than the second largest size of the non-spherical product. The package comprises a lid closing hermetically all open cells with the ability to remove it.

EFFECT: package provides placement of greater amount of products, and the additional marketing, such a package can be filled with products more quickly than the package with vertical placement of the products.
