FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: depending on position of a drive plunger, an inlet hole of the drive can be connected to a high pressure outlet hole connected to an outlet hole of the second pump, or a low pressure outlet hole connected to a low pressure supply line. A fuel dosing unit is equipped with through sections, with that, one of those through sections is connected to the outlet hole of the high pressure pump system and the other through section is connected to the outlet hole of the high pressure pump system and leads to a high pressure start-up chamber of a hydraulic drive.
EFFECT: improvement of fuel dosing reliability.
