SUBSTANCE: presented invention refers to medical equipment and can be used in practical health care facilities: hospitals, polyclinics, women's health clinics, health resorts, recreation resorts, and health care centres. A device for gynaecological irrigations by radon water comprises a special prepared water (filtered and heated to a desired temperature) container 4.5 l and an automatic and portable control thermometer provided with an air vent, min. 5 l storage water heater with a thermostat, a 0.5 l batch bottle with concentrated radon water, and a water filter. The concentrated radon water is mixed with water prepared for the procedure in a special mixing chamber. One tap regulates the water supply from a water system into the water heater, while the other tap - the water flow from the water container. One special metering unit provides the concentrated radon water flow proportional to the water flow from the water container, and thereby maintains the constant radon concentration in the working solution; the other metering unit provides the uniform radon-water flow during the procedure and determines the duration of the procedure.

EFFECT: device enables the large-scale metering and accurate maintenance of the radon water concentration, the radon water temperature for the whole procedure, and also control of the procedure length; the device is radiologically safe.
