SUBSTANCE: method of cooling recycled industrial water consists in evaporating part of its volume from the surface of the cooling pond and the channels, as well as in the chimney-type cooling tower, in water intake, heated in the facility of the energy complex, its discharge along the first discharge channel with the first partial cooling to the cooling tower, according to the first main cooling water in the cooling tower and the direction of pre-cooled water through the second discharge channel with its second partial cooling to the cooling pond, the second main cooling water in the cooling pond, the direction of almost completely cooled water along the supply channel to the object of the energy complex with its third partial cooling, cooling the facility of the energy complex with completely cooled recycled industrial water. Additionally the loss of water is reduced for evaporation during its cooling by transferring by it of heat energy into the ground and into the lower cooler layers of water, additionally the heat transfer of water is increased, moving along the channels, and also cooled in the cooling tower and in the cooling pond by prior physical impact on it with acoustic and hydrodynamic waves, as well as air bubbles, in addition turbulent mixing of the upper and lower layers of water is created in the channels, in addition in the cooling pond mixing of the upper and lower layers of the water is created, in addition in the cooling pond the bottom is cleaned from the constantly accumulating sediments, and the cooling properties of the groundwater are used, in addition in the cooling tower the drops of the splashed water are ground and a thinner laminar flow of it on the sprinkler is created.
