FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of sylvinite floatation includes the separation of insoluble sylvinite components by suspending sylvinite in a saturated salt solution, addition of a non-ionic flocculent to the suspension and further addition to the composition obtained in such a way of a foaming agent, which contains at least one polypropylene glycol and at least one alcohol, containing a hydrocarbon radical, which has from 6 to 16 carbon atoms, with the absence of a collector, and floatation of sylvine by the addition of a collector and a foaming agent for the sylvinite floatation. Application of the composition, containing propylene glycol and alcohol, containing the hydrocarbon radical, having from 6 to 16 carbon atoms, as the foaming agent for the floatation of insoluble sylvinite components in the absence of a collector.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of separating sylvinite and insoluble components.
