SUBSTANCE: equipment includes lifting device (6) with gripping mechanism (21) workpiece positioning device (18). Lifting device (6) has a possibility of being moved above a casting pit and consists of U-shaped lifting frame (6) with racks (7, 8) located vertically and connected with cross beam (11). Each rack is located on its own wheeled chassis or wheeled cart (9, 10), and cross beam (11) of U-shaped frame (6) attaches racks (7, 8). Workpiece positioning device (18) is located between the casting pit and transportation equipment (20) and represents platform (18) that can be turned or inclined between casting pit (2) and transportation equipment (20) and that passes from the casting pit wall and is lowered a little into it to transportation equipment (20).
