FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to the food industry, in particular to devices for the manufacture of confectionery products. The device contains a conveyor fixed on a support frame (2) in the form of a conveyor (1) with product shapes on dies (10). In accordance with the rows of forms, punches (11) are made on the dies for closing with the dies (10). A dough dispenser (3) is installed at the beginning of the conveyor. The device also contains an open conveyor oven, a device for unloading finished products (4) and a control unit (5). In the dispenser, the feed hopper is integrated with the body of the dispensing head. The supercharger is made in the form of rolls forming a kinematic pair. The surfaces of the rolls are profiled with dividing cells, with the formation of longitudinal and transverse rows. On the surface of the dosing head, there are rows of dividing chambers with channels for discharging dough pieces. On the brackets under the conveyor (1) for matrices there is a heating device (12), which is made in the form of an induction block extended along the entire furnace. Inside the block 12 there is a longitudinally insulated by a dielectric inductive element in the form of a coil with coils elongated in the horizontal plane of the block and equipped with a water-cooling system. U-shaped racks are installed above the conveyor in the furnace zone. On top of the crossbars (18) of the U-shaped racks, there are guides (19) with a platform, and on the bottom - a supporting beam (23). On the platform (20), installed with the possibility of reciprocating movement along the guides (19), a manipulator (25) is fixed. The manipulator is equipped with a lifting mechanism 26 and magnetic or mechanical grippers 27 for punches (11). Each of the punches (11) is equipped with a pressure roller (28) on the bracket (29) to support it on the supporting beam (23). Each of the dies is mounted on a solid base (31) of a cart with wheels, which is attached to the chain conveyor by the ends of the front wheel axle (32). In one embodiment of the device, a current-carrying profile (24) is attached to the crossbars (18) of the U-shaped posts for connecting the heating devices (13) of the punches (11). In another version, for punches, as well as for dies, one heating device (13) is installed in the form of a block extended along the entire furnace. The heating block 13 is attached to the crossbars (18) from below between the two supporting beams (23).
EFFECT: invention improves the quality of the finished product.
