FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to diagnostics of the power equipment technical state. Dependencies of voltage and current consumed by the motor on time are recorded by voltage sensors. Signals are processed by low-frequency filter. Divergence of amplitude of current signals, voltage and power is determined for each phase. Unbalance factors of currents, voltage, power and harmonic oscillation factors are calculated using the low-frequency filter. The surveyed frequency spectrum is filtered from the general signal. Then level of supply voltage quality is determined as related to available unbalance, voltage surges and higher harmonic components, and against the received data considering the current output coordinate technical state of the electric drive is determined and residual life is assessed.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of failure detection at early stage.
