FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of ceramic molds of complex geometry from powder systems. Layer-by-layer software and computer simulation of the article is carried out, the ceramic powder is prepared, layer-by-layer deposition of the ceramic powder on the substrate and layer-selective treatment of each layer. First, on each applied layer program-regulated introduction of binder by injection thereof into layer of ceramic powder according to produced cross-section, and upon completion of treatment with binder, each layer is subjected to programmed regulation of contours of produced section by laser. Ceramic powder used is an oxide ceramic of 0.02–0.04 mm particle size and water-based binders having the property of self-cure and hardening under action of thermal action. Content of binder ranges from 1 to 5 % of weight of ceramic powder.

EFFECT: improving quality of casting molds and reducing emission of hazardous substances into environment.
