FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite materials. A method of obtaining glass-metal micro-beads includes glass milling and its sieving through screens with obtaining granules of a specified grain composition, plasma sputtering of the glass-metal material with the capture of the glass-metal micro-beads. The glass granules of the specified grain composition are covered with a binding agent from liquid glass and metal powder with the ratio: glass granules:metal powder:liquid glass, equal to 10:1:1, with obtaining the glass-metal material. Plasma sputtering of the glass-metal material is carried out at a rate of its supply by volume into a plasma torch of 0.5 cm3/s and the plasma torch power of 6 kW.
EFFECT: acceleration of technological process of obtaining micro-beads, as well as the possibility of regulating their grain composition are provided.
