FIELD: engineering, electronics, biotechnology and jewelry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of glass-metal microspheres and can be used in engineering, electronics, biotechnology, as well as in jewelry. The method includes batch preparation, its plasma melting, microballoon trapping. At the same time, a granular charge of 3-5 mm in size is prepared, moistened to 5-7%, from a mixture of finely dispersed copper powders and broken glass at a ratio of 1:3. Plasma melting of the charge is carried out at a plasma torch power of 6 kW and a flow rate of granulated charge of 6 g/s.
EFFECT: simplification and acceleration of the technological process, improving the quality of the final product.
