MULTI-FUNCTIONAL ROBOT SYSTEM OF PROVIDING MILITARY OPERATIONS Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC B25J5/00

Abstract RU 2533229 C2

FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to military equipment, namely, methods of using the multi-functional robot systems designed for remote operation, and can be used to solve problems of providing military operations of ground forces. The method of using the multi-functional robot system of providing military operations is that the multi-functional robot system of providing military operations is formed of a group of universal robotic platforms made with the ability of their completing with various embodiments of functional modules: the battle remotely controlled module, the reconnaissance module, the transport module, and component fullness of the system is determined by the planned combat mission, the universal robotic platform is equipped with a navigation system and geo location and provides for movement in the remote manual mode and in semi-automatical, which implies movement along the path set by the operator by entering the geographical coordinates of the nodal points of the route, the transmission of information on speed and direction of motion, the longitudinal and transverse banking angles, the current coordinates, the movement along the path previously saved when moving in manual mode, the automatic return to the starting point on the route travelled, the universal robotic platform provides automatic bypass of obstacles, the remote control station provides the simultaneous management of the entire group of universal robotic platforms with any functional modules mounted on them and their sequence control, after the removal of the platform to the point of dislocation the combat remotely controlled module provides target detection, its automatic tracking and damaging, storing in an arbitrary sequence of several stationary targets, followed by automatic guidance and engagement, the reconnaissance module provides target detection, its recognition with determining of coordinates, the definition of the target range, the transport module provides transportation of transportable actual load and its secure fixation on the platform, as well as the medical evacuation if necessary, additional equipment in the form of a car with box van provides placement and delivery to the place of use of the entire group of platforms with function modules mounted on them, the remote control and unloading the platform from the box van under its own power.

EFFECT: forming a method of using multi-functional robot system of providing military operations, providing protecting or patrolling civilian and military objects, conducting military operations in urban and field conditions, firing to different types of targets in day and night conditions, determining the coordinates of targets, conducting terrain reconnaissance and targets under day and night conditions, the collection and transmission of intelligence information, delivering the actual load to the destination or receiving it, the medical evacuation from the field of combat operations or places that pose a potential threat to human in case of emergency.
