FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Said cast house comprises two or more continuous casting machines shifted relative to each other in vertical, shears, multilevel pusher-type furnace and rolling mill. Casting at these machines is performed with mutual lag in time. Cast billets are heated in pusher-type furnace at several levels in height and displaced at the rate equal to that of teeming. Heated billets are displaced by transfer device to furnace lower level whereat billets are displaced faster than in heating zone and fed to rolling mill its rolling line being aligned with furnace lower level.
EFFECT: common pusher-type furnace for all machines allows reduction in teeming and furnace sections, fuel savings.
