SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to image transmission means. The method comprises receiving from an image capturing device a portion of a raw image, a reduced image obtained by colour interpolation and reduction of the raw image; colour interpolation of the portion of raw image; converting the reduced image by enlarging to the size of the raw image; merging the portion before the colour interpolation process with the full-size image; outputting on a display a synthesised image with partially distinct resolution levels.
EFFECT: reduced delay when transmitting images from a video camera to a terminal.
