FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railroad transport. Electric train comprises head car and trailer cars with traction induction motors engaged via reduction gear with wheel pairs and accumulators with chargers. Electric train is equipped with electrical generators. Each shaft of electric generator is connected with wheels to actuate rotor of specified electric generator due to wheels-rails friction force. Each electric generator is connected via transformer and thyristor converters with DC traction motors, chargers and accumulators located under body of head and trailer cars, with tubular electric heating devices and with car lighting electrical supply network or with standalone voltage inverter. The standalone voltage inverter is connected with each traction induction motor. Each traction DC or AC motor is rigidly connected by flanges at top or bottom side of each bogie frame by bolts. Stator windings of each electric generator are connected with separate capaciformer banks to accumulate electric energy during braking and transfer accumulated energy of capacitors directly to traction motor windings during electric train take-off and acceleration.
