FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: coupling comprises two half-couplings and a fork joined by connectors. According to the first version the connector is made from a flat spring with a central part and from two symmetrical side flanges with their ends being fitted by mating sections with holes to be attached to the half-coupling, they are made solid with the central part and folded in one direction in respect to the central part. The central parts are attached to the fork and the mating sections - to half-couplings. According to the second version the connector is made from a flat spring with a central part and from two symmetrical side flanges with their ends being fitted by mating sections with holes to be attached to the fork, they are made solid with the central part and folded in one direction in respect to the central part. The central parts are attached to half-couplings and the mating sections - to the fork in the form of a disc. According to the third version the connector is made from two flat springs with a central part and from two symmetrical side flanges at each spring with their ends being fitted by mating sections with holes to be attached to the half-coupling, they are made solid with the central part and folded in one direction in respect to the central part. The central parts are attached to the fork, the mating sections are attached to half-couplings, and gaskets from vibration damping material are installed between the flat springs. According to the fourth version the connector is made from a flat spring with a central part and two symmetrical side flanges with their ends being fitted by the sections with holes to be attached to the fork, they are made solid with the central part and folded in one direction in respect to the central part. The central parts are attached to half-couplings, the mating sections are attached to fork, and gaskets from vibration damping material are installed between the flat springs.
EFFECT: reduced noise and vibration of a coupling.
