FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: there are presented an instrument, a component and a method for pain relief accompanying fluid injection, e.g. of an analgesic. The instrument has an anterior side. A freely vibrating light guide projects from the anterior side. A compartment that is a single or a disposable cap comprises a sleeve bearing detachably attached to the anterior side of the instrument, and a tip connected to the light guide and detachable to vibrate a planned point of injection in a human or animal. The sleeve bearing, cap and tip have an elastic coating prepared by multicomponent casting that enables the tip oscillating freely in relation to the sleeve bearing, as well as makes the beam light passing from the light guide to illuminate the point of injection. The vibration device placed in the device is connected to the light guide. The method is implemented by vibration and the light beam transfer through the above light guide to the tip.
EFFECT: pain relief accompanying fluid injection, eg an analgesic.
