FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: external EMF source is coupled by the monitoring key S to in-series LCR-circuit with a diode until the moment when total energy stored in the circuit with consideration of active loss linear compensation reaches the value corresponding to the preset voltage level at the capacitive energy storage, thereupon the external ENF source is disconnected from the circuit by the key and charging process is completed through the diode in free oscillations regime.

EFFECT: possibility of the capacitive energy storage charging from a non-stabilised power supply source up to the level exceeding voltage of the supply source, possibility to change level of voltage, which may be used for charging of the capacitive energy storage, in each cycle of its charge-discharge notwithstanding initial conditions.
