SUBSTANCE: device has N links for magnetic compression, enabled serially, composition of each of which includes passive magnetic commutator, while output current of previous link is charging current of previous one, each magnetic compression link between high-voltage output of first capacitor and equipotential output of output capacitor a 2-link integrating LC-circuit is inserted, in which as inductiveness coils passive magnetic commutators are used, while value of capacitance in first link of integrating LC-circuit is 1/3 of capacity of first capacitor of magnetic compression link, and capacities of second capacitor in integrating LC-circuit and output capacitor in magnetic compression link are equal to each other and form 1/12 of capacity of first capacitor of magnetic compression link, while total capacity of capacitors of next magnetic compression link is equal to half capacity of output capacitor of previous magnetic compression link, and in first magnetic compression link serially with first passive magnetic commutator, active commutator is connected, and both of them are connected in parallel to first capacitor.
EFFECT: increased voltage multiplication coefficient, during transfer of energy from link to link, increased coefficient of pulse compression during transfer of energy from link to link, and overall simplified construction of device.
