FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: filter comprises a horizontally set casing, a flange, a removable cover, branch pipes for dirty medium and cleaned medium, a variety of fixed porous permeable partitions set vertically. The porous permeable partitions by two opposite sides follow the casing shape and are attached to its inner surface. The other two opposite horizontal sides are separated from each other by alternating impermeable plates. The casing is equipped by a lower channel to supply dirty medium and an upper channel to withdraw the cleaned medium. Sections of the above channels are equal to each other or are variable. Impermeable or perforated guiding plates are used for even distribution of medium in the filtration mode and of cleansing liquid in backwashing mode. The removable cover is divided into chambers by a partition. Several casings can be attached to the removable cover.
EFFECT: higher filter efficiency.
