FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at the guided missile (GM) firing. Location survey of a target finder and a launching installation (LI) with regard to terrain is performed; the target coordinates are detected and measured; the target coordinates are transferred to a firing position control panel; firing settings are calculated and transferred in an online mode to an automation unit of LI and the missile; time of waiting for the missile readiness for launching is set; readiness of the missile for launching is controlled; a permit for the missile launching is formed out of a set of readiness parameters of onboard navigation satellite equipment (number of the observed satellites is not less than the number of satellites set by an operator, a channel of a homing head, an altimeter, flight mission parameters, and a GM communication channel), and the missile is launched.
EFFECT: improving reliability and safety of GM launching and probability of GM hitting the specified target.
