FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method implies the supply of barrier material to the space being filled through a delivery pipe by gravity The barrier material is moved horizontally with the help of a compressed air jet An air duct with nozzles set below the delivery pipe end is laid parallel to the delivery pipe The nozzles form horizontal flows of compressed air which entrain the barrier material particles and move them from the delivery pipe to the periphery of the space being filled The proposed method allow for even distribution of loose material in inaccessible cavities of reactor steel structures and thus provide for no-cavity barrier ensuring sorption of radionuclides at decommissioning of reactors by in-situ disposal method.
EFFECT: provision of no-cavity barrier without screw unit usage.
