FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the chemical industry, thermal power engineering, aerospace engineering, in particular to a composite, based on alumosilicate glass ceramics, reinforced with one of carbon nanoforms. The composite, based on strontium-alumosilicate glass ceramics has the following composition, wt %: Al2O3 - 30.0-32.0; SrO - 20.0-32.0; TiO2 - 9.0-10.0; SiO2 - the remaining part, and as a carbon-containing nano-filler - graphene with the specific surface not less than S=500 m2/g in an amount not more than 1% (over 100%). The method of the composites obtaining includes the synthesis of a strontium-alumosilicate matrix, its crushing to a dispersity of 4-8 mcm, preparation of a mixture of the matrix powder with graphene in an alcohol medium, US impact with the frequency of 18-20 kHz, mechanical mixing and annealing in accordance with definite modes.
EFFECT: claimed compositions of the composites and the method of their obtaining provide high density, high thermal properties and an increase of the Young's modulus values and crack resistance with an essentially smaller amount of the carbon filler.
