P t e n s = 2 c cos φ / ( 1 + sin φ ) , where c=cstr(2-tgφ/tgφstr), φ=arcsin[2sinφstr/(1+sin2φstr)]-φstr, φstr and cstr - angle of shear resistance and specific cohesion of foundation material sample of undamaged structure. Wheels are installed at each board of propulsor in two rows with longitudinal shift of rows for wheel radius.

EFFECT: higher cross-country ability of heavy vehicle wheeled propulsors over loose grounds and peat-bogs.
