PROCESSING OF CARBON- AND HYDROCARBON-BEARING STOCK Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC C10G15/00 B09B3/00

Abstract RU 2534618 C2

FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to carbon- and hydrocarbon-bearing stock processing including stock grinding, addition of fluid, mixing, heating separation of fluid from solid fraction, extraction of useful component from liquid and return of liquid fraction to technological process at addition of fluid. Note here that grinding of carbon- and hydrocarbon stock is performed separately. Note also that grinding of carbon-bearing stock is performed simultaneously with mechanical activation to sizes not exceeding 10 mcm. After grinding, hydrocarbon additives are added to carbon- and hydrocarbon stock and fluid, mixed, subjected to hydrodynamic processing and heated by said hydrodynamic processing. Electrochemical and electrophysical processing are performed to separate power fuel from produced mix and to divide residual fluid into liquid and solid fractions, solid fraction being divided into ash residue and carbon-containing mass. Said carbon-containing mass is returned to technological process, to grinding phase, to separate high energy fuel. Residual liquid fraction is subjected to another hydrodynamic, electrophysical and electrochemical treatment. Then, portion of liquid fraction is returned to technological process to stage of addition of fluid while remaining part is subjected to rectification for separation to diesel fuel, useful component, carbon-bearing component and liquid fraction. Now, liquid fraction is returned to technological process to fluid addition stage while hydrocarbon mass is fed to technological process start to reiterate the process cycle.

EFFECT: expanded applications, higher efficiency.
