FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the devices for pipelines internal sealing for the process purposes. The device contains body 1 on rolling bearings 2, in the body the sealing assembly and its drive are installed. The sealing assembly is in form of row of O-rings 3 assembled out of the segments 4 and installed concentrically with the pipeline flowing section on movable elements 5 of the supporting split ring with the possibility of pressing to the internal surface of the pipeline. The movable component 5 are connected with the drive, the drive has drive shaft 6, nut-cover 7, cone sleeve 8 with internal cone surface, split cone ring 9 and stands 10. The cone sleeve 8 is secured on the drive shaft 6 containing worm part 11 and cone 12. The worm part 11 is inserted in the nut-cover 7, secured in the body. Between the cone surfaces of the drive shaft and cone sleeve the split cone ring 9 is installed. The spring 9 elements and movable components 5 are connected by stands 10. The drive shaft 6 and nut-cover 7 are installed in the body borings. The stands 10 are rigidly secured on the ring 9 elements, and are connected by axles 15 with the movable components 5. The stands 10 are connected by return springs 16. The shaft is rotated by flywheel 17.
EFFECT: failure-free operation of device under low temperatures, and decreasing of the expenses for the pipeline maintenance.
