FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device contains light-tight casing out of vertical side 6, 7, front 8 and rear 9 enclosing walls, and top 10 enclosing wall. Inside on the side wall 6 of the enclosure the diffused light source 12 is installed with indicating mesh 13, on the other side wall the motion-picture camera ort video camera 14 is installed with possibility of vertical movement. On the rear wall 9 the vertical pivot hinged axle 18 is installed, on axle the assembly 15 is installed to apply to the object the preparation 4 or ditch with fillet of the surface-active compound (SAC) in form of a drip bulb 16 with capillary 17 and equipped with gear 19 for two-dimensional motion with possibility of horizontal displacement for capillary 17 of drip bulb 16 installation in centre of the object-preparation 4 or ditch with filler, and with possibility of vertical measuring displacement of capillary 17 edge of the drip bulb 16 for SAC application to the studied surface. On the rear wall 9 the automatic burette 20 is installed to fill the limiting figure of the object-preparation 4 or ditch with fillet with layer of liquid with known thickness. Top wall 10 has the hole 23, its edges are connected with the light-tight hose 24, and hole 23 is located under handle 25 for vertical movement of the capillary 17 of the drip bulb 16. The front wall 8 has cover 22. Two vertical side 6, 7, rear 9 and front 8 walls of the light-tight casing in the bottom have seals 21 out of soft resilient light-tight material, e.g. rubber or plastic.

EFFECT: improved accuracy of image of the studied surface, design simplification.
