FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to processing of oily wastes. In the mixer a sorbent is prepared of unhydrated lime, inedible fat, sodium methylsiliconate and magnesium chloride. Oil-contaminated wastes are delivered to the mixer and stirred until indiscrete mass is received. Then water is supplied to the mixer for lime hydration, the mass is stirred till lime is hydrated completely. Upon lime hydration sodium bicarbonate is introduced on the basis of 4.2-7.5 kg/t of sorbent. The sorbent and wastes ratio is set on the basis of 2-4 kg of sorbent per 1 kg of oil products contained in wastes.
EFFECT: process intensification and increase in waste neutralisation degree.
