SUBSTANCE: device to mould shockproof transparent non-deforming polymer materials is glass that comprises a continuous shape with specified curvature of moulding surface and a vacuum system. The device is additionally fitted by a metal plate having the dimensions of the moulded glass, the plate is fixed on one of the mould sides and set inside a flexible leakproof chamber connected to the vacuum system.

EFFECT: improved optical characteristics and geometrical parameters of an obtained product.
