FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: skin is incised along marking lines. The breast parenchyma is dissected horizontally along the 5th intercostals space. The greater pectoral muscle attachment to the 6th rib is partially preserved. An implant pocket is formed below the greater pectoral muscle. The implant is placed. The parenchyma and skin in a lower pole of the breast in parallel to the implant surface is tangentially resected.
EFFECT: restoring, increasing the breast volume and shape, providing the stable position of the implant, improving the breast aesthetics in the postoperative period.
