SUBSTANCE: method of control of soil pathogens of potato in frozen soils provides a presowing treatment of potato tubers with the preparation based on Bacillus subtillis "TNP-5-DEP" at the rate of 300 ml/kg and treatment of potato plants during the growing season with the preparation "Mizorin" of 23 ml/kg.

EFFECT: invention provides reduction in density of pathogenic bacterial population in soil, prevents the spread of disease during the growing season, increases the yield of potatoes, stimulates the growth of potato plants.
