FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in applying to pregnant cows 30 days prior to calving of immunostimulator "Ribotan" intramuscularly at a dose of 10 ml per animal once combined with the carbohydrate-mineral additive "Felucen" daily with the fodder based on 50 g per animal.
EFFECT: high safety of calves is ensured due to normalisation of hematological, biochemical and immunological parameters of blood both in pregnant cows and in young animals obtained from them.
