FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electrode plate (K) is transported to a gap in-between a pair of stacker drums by a transporting section. In unison with the transportation of the electrode plate (K) the drums deliver a pair of spacers (S) shaping a preliminarily specified form, at that the spacers (S) are glued to the respective peripheral surfaces of the drum pair. When the electrode plate (K) is delivered completely horizontally forward the spacers (S) are staked in series at both surfaces of the electrode plate (K) in unison with the rotation of the drums and both edge fragments of the spacers (S) are welded.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of accumulator elements manufacturing.
