FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: stacker specified herein includes separators transportation module to transport a separator of a certain shape in a hold-down position, the separators transportation module transport a positive electrode of a preset shape and a control module to synchronise the transportation position and speed of the separators transportation module with the transportation position and speed of the electrodes transportation module so that the separator and positive electrode overlap each other in a certain preset position. The stacker transports the separator and positive electrode and stacks the separator on the electrode from outside along the transportation direction with simultaneous stepwise withdrawal of the separator from the separators transportation module and its stacking onto the electrode.
EFFECT: claimed stacker and stacking method ensure stacking of the separator and electrode onto each other, at that the correction of the electrode deformation is ensured at high speed thus reducing the time of accumulators manufacturing.
