Filler represents non-sterile plants of Sphagnum genus, incorporated into thermoplastic polymer in the process of its aerodynamic formation in amount 10-15% of thermoplastic polymer weight, and immobilised cells of associations of petroleum-destructing bacteria.

EFFECT: simplification of material composition with preservation of high operating characteristics.
